How does the Salvini workshop work? After making a detailed analysis of the timepiece, in order to determine the necessary operations, the technician contacts the customer by telephone, stating the type of the appropriate intervention, the schedule and the cost estimate. In case of acceptance of the quotation, the technician proceeds with the repair, otherwise the watch is returned to the customer at no cost.
